Terms and Conditions

The following terms and condition apply to all trading between ZirconArt Dental Laboratory and the dentist, laboratory or any other customer with regards to custom made dental appliances.

  • Please allow 14 working days for any custom made laboratory work to be produced, including collection and delivery date.
  • All goods and services must be paid for within 30 days of invoice.
  • Any account which becomes 60 days overdue may be suspended until full payment is received or a full explanation received. We will notify you by telephone if this is the case.
  • If for any reason an accounts becomes over 1 month in arrears, interest may be charged on the amount overdue at a rate of 8.5% statutory interest rate (base rate plus 8%), in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts [interest] Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002
  • If the purchaser shall make any default in paying any sum to the Zirconart as and when it becomes due all sums owing by the purchaser to the ZirconArt become immediately due and payable (plus service charge thereon). ZirconArt shall have the right forthwith to withhold all further deliveries of goods or to determine any contract then subsisting between ZirconArt and the purchaser.
  • Goods and services will be charged at the price last ruling at the date of despatch.
  • We review our prices in March every year and reserve the right to increase prices in line with increases of overheads, production costs and inflation. We will endeavour to provide one months’ notice for any price increases but also reserve the right to change prices with no notice if this becomes necessary.
  • The laboratory reserves the right to charge for any work required to be remade which has become necessary due to surgeon error.
  • We provide the following guarantees for our custom made devices:
  1. Crowns and Bridges – 3 years
  2. Veneers – 1 year
  3. Full Contour Zirconia Crowns – 15 years

Exclusions – this guarantee becomes void in the cases of:

  1. Oral Health Issues
  2. Physical Trauma
  3. Failure to receive regular dental examinations
  • We offer a free collection and delivery service in the local area.
  • The purchaser shall notify the ZirconArt by telephone within 1 working day of delivery of any loss or damage to the goods received.
  • All of our appliances are constructed to the specification prescribed on the laboratory work ticket provided by the individual dentist; the laboratory is not responsible for the suitability of that specification.
  • As per BDA, GDC and CQC Good Practice guidelines, all impressions must be free from blood and disinfected before being sent to the laboratory. If any impressions are received and blood is still present these will be returned to you for disinfection therefore the patient’s appointment will need to be altered.
  • Title of goods will remain ZirconArt until fully paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
